Our Two-Way “Mike” Radio System –Through single hand-held Clearnet “Mike” two-way radios, drivers can talk directly to our dispatchers, office staff, and driver to driver. Our radio system enables us to give immediate status reports on any shipment. Also, if a driver is unable to complete a designated run, he/she can contact a backup driver immediately and make appropriate arrangements. Our drivers can be contacted anywhere any time…not just while they are in their vehicles. This system virtually eliminates disruption of service due to unforeseen causes like vehicle breakdowns, wrong addresses, etc.
