Our customer service staff’s goal is
to provide exemplary client service, delivered in a consistent
manner, in tune with our clients’ requirements. Frequent and
open communication between our customer service representatives,
drivers, and dispatchers is mandatory. Our “help phone” assists
in this process. Drivers are in constant contact with our CSR’s
to address any problems that they encounter while delivering
our client’s goods.
Our customer service staff will be fully conversant in your
specific delivery directives. We are fully staffed Monday
to Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
State-of-The Art Technology
Do you want to enter your orders via the internet? Call us
for a login and from that point on, you can conduct your transactions
via the net. Online order entry eliminates the need for written
waybills as they are generated automatically after each order
is entered.
